Hello ;)!
My name is Andreas Turcati CV↓ . I’m passionate about systematic thinking that simplifies complexity, delivering tangible value through meaningful experiences that fosters positive changes into society.
My Professional Choices
I align my inner philosophy and values with my design services, prioritizing curiosity, learning, trust, commitment to quality and honesty.
I chose not to conform to the traditional career ladder, letting go of job titles to focus on my diverse passions—design, strategy, product and service development, business, complexity, and user-centered solutions. This approach has enabled me to wear multiple hats, seamlessly connect the big picture with hands-on detail, and transform opportunities into reality. I thrive in leading diverse projects, whether independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams. My journey has instilled a positive mindset, empowering me to embrace challenges, push boundaries, and craft creative solutions to complex problems—all while learning to love the blank canvas.
Leadership
To me, the creative process resembles a wolf pack hunting together: the pack’s strength lies in its collaboration, not in its individual. While there may be an alpha in the pack—a leader—this role in my view should foster a positive culture, and create an environment where people can thrive. Easy to guess what the results see projects.
What I'm currently exploring
Effective human collaboration in high-stakes decision-making within Multi-Agent Systems (MAS)
I am fascinated by the factors that drive human behaviors, their expression in professional settings, and the transformative influence of AI adoption on organizational structures, particularly in shaping services and products. In environments where agentic enterprises deploy a constellation of AI agents—ranging from basic prompt-response systems to advanced semi-autonomous or fully autonomous agents—how can humans collaborate effectively to make high-stakes decisions in a Multi-Agent Systems?
