Analyzing Brexit's impact on the UK's existing operating model for government operations.
By mapping a unique ecosystem from stakeholder insights, we designed a framework to help teams navigate Brexit uncertainty and operate on real-world user scenarios in dynamic, complex systems.
The project subject is classified
As Service Design Lead, I work closely with the research and IT security teams, along with key UK government stakeholders, to map complex, dynamic ecosystems and create frameworks based on real-world user scenarios. Complex systems are non-linear, influenced by their environment, and path-dependent—shaped by both current conditions and past history. Our framework enables departments to collaborate effectively and navigate the uncertainties of Brexit by understanding and addressing these complexities.
Outcomes: Organisation Structure • Operating Model • Stakeholder interviews • Blueprint • User scenarios
Proof of my impact
“Andreas worked for me on a complex project for a government department. Andreas instantly won the respect of the policy team due to his evident skills, likability and ability to eke out requirements from stakeholders and then represent them in intelligible and beautiful ways. It was really great to have Andreas on board and I would hope to work with him again soon - highly recommended to all.”
